They are not are not adjusted in hue or brightness, just as is note the clouds passing over a rising moon in the first image. The same moon about an hour later. Those are from the S21. Make sure you tap on the lock to keep the focus locked and the optimizer on. It does take a steady hand to make sure that the moon stays in the frame, but after about a minute of practice it was pretty easy.
