8000 Series won’t stay on

Just bought new (open box).  The tv powered on ok, got through the network connection got to the terms and agreement then it powered off.  Now when I try to turn it on I get the Tizen banner for a second then it flash’s to a quick green screen for terms and conditions and then it starts that cycle over again continuously.  I have unplugged multiple times, removed battery from remote, still keeps doing the same thing.

Hello! I understand how this can be frustrating with this occurring on your new TV. Since this is happening I would recommend trying the steps in the link below first.  If this doesn't help I would recommend taking this back for an exchange.
