I just moved and haven't found remote yet, is it possible to connect tv to new wifi without out remote?

Depends on the TV you have you could be able to download añ app for a specific type like roku etc

If you have a Samsung phone, open smart things, select your TV, and a remote should appear on your phone screen. GL!
