Are glass cleaning chemicals really harmful for my TV display?

I own a Samsung AU8000 television and from the time I bought it I used Windex as my go to solution for cleaning the 4K display. But, this article on how to clean Samsung TV screen claims to not use Windex since it can be harmful. I have used Windex for about 6 months now I usually dilute it before using it on the display. I have faced no issue whatsoever!

Can someone really confirm whether Windex is harmful for my TV screen or not?

Seems a bit extreme to use chemicals. We learned long ago to not use on computer monitors, so have adopted the same procedure for our TVs for years.

The chemicals can cause damage to LCD and OLED panels.

We simply use a lintless cloth to dust off once a month
