Hello! Thank you so much for reaching out. I completely understand your concerns with finding the Ip address for your tv so, I'll be more than delighted to assist with this issue. Through much research and question-asking. I found that Family Hub is a thing for some, but most have transferred family hub over to Smart Things after a recent update. So everyone should be using smart things for the most part. Found this out here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077919/

If the issue still occurs you can reach out to the following for additional support with this unit. Reach out directly to Samsung Support at 1-800-726-7864 or one of the following digital methods:

Could be possible, depending on the tv. If it is a samsung smart tv, you could just track the location by using its ip through the account the tv is logged into.

How do I find the ip address? I only had it connected to family hub now I don't have it I can't turn it on. Maybe I'll call Best Buy where I got it see if they know. Thanks for the answer
