HDMI ARC port no longer recognized by TV

I have a 2017, MU8000, HD TV. The HDMI(ARC) has stopped working.  The TV no longer recognize my POLK soundbar with connected to the HDMI(ARC) port. I have done a factory reset, changed cables, insured that firmware was current and Anynet CEC support was on.   Is the control box available to order as a replacement? Or, any other suggestions?

I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case-by-case basis please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.

Is this the only device that is not connecting? Have you tried the device in another port?

The HDMI(ARC) is the only HDMI port that is not working.  HDMI(1), cable box works, HDMI(2) Playstation works. TV sounds works, Bluetooth sounds connects and works.  The Polk Audio sound is not new, it worked for a year.

Does the Polk audio work if inserted into another port?

No, the TV does not recognize the POLK as external speaker in any port.

No, the TV did not recognize the PLAYSTATION HDMI when inputed.
