I'm a big fan of the brand and I've never had any problems with the products, which in my opinion are the best on the market.
However, not everything is rosy, I have a problem.
I bought a new Samsung television that comes with XBOX CLOUD installed and I would like to use my 8BitDo Ultimate Wired Controller for Xbox on the TV, but when I connect the 8BitDo Ultimate Wired Controller for Xbox to the TV's USB port, the control is not recognized, even me knowing that the 8BitDo Ultimate Wired Controller is licensed by Microsoft works with XInput and is recognized exactly as an Xbox controller.
I would like to know if you could work on a firmware update so that this control model is compatible with Samsung Q65B TVs.
