Hello, I'm having netflix issues. On my Samsung tv, the app keeps coming up black, I can't get it to stop popping up that way. If I try to watch Netflix on my phone it just buffers. So I don't understand why this is happening. This is the only app that's giving me issues all the other streaming apps I have work seamlessly. Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you guys! I called Netflix and they checked out my account and did some settings changes on their end. Tey had me reinstall the app on my television and phone, as well as update my software on the tv. I learned even though you have automatic updates on, still have to check it periodically, because apparently for whatever reason it doesn't do it automatically. It seems to be working now.
