One channel is missing on Samsung TV Plus

I have 267 channels on the Samsung TV Plus. Channel 1130 (Ion Mystery) is missing and will not download when I run the search.

I have tv plus in my 6 series and 7 series tv’s.

the 7 series tv’s get more channels on tv plus than the 6 series tv’s.

one example is channel 1113, ion mystery, shows up on the 7 series, but the 6 series goes from 1111 to 1114, doesn’t show 1113.

Is there any fix for this?

same here ... 1113 is on my 8 series Crystal UHD HDTV, but not on my 6 series HDTV ... Samsung website for Samsung TV Plus says it's supposed to be on 1130, but it's on 1113 on the 8 series and nonexistent on the 6 series.

Does anyone at Samsung have an answer for this?  I'm not sure how to proceed, but I did get Samsung support involved and they factory reset the apps and TV on the Series 6 and still no ION Mystery channel (on 1113 or 1130) ...

I opened a second trouble ticket for the Samsung TV Plus app and I received a reply stating that all TVs after 2017 should have that channel and that a firmware (software) update should solve the issue.  I am at the current level of software for my Series 6 TV and the TV itself is from 2018, so I should have it but still do not. 

Maybe another trouble ticket/remote support case?

My tv is an 8 series. Samsung 8 series (55). My original post on 7/24/2023 did not have that information stated. I can't believe they state it is on the 8 series when mine sure does not have it and never did. It is upsetting that I cancelled dish because I wouldn't need it.

I get on samsung tv but ion mystery 1113 missing from samsung s22. Help. I tried reinstalling app but did not help
