Problem with bluetooth conection pc to TV Q70AA (Dispay)

I can't connect my laptop (Lenovo Legion 5) via Bluetooth to Samsung q70AA (Display).  I only can sharing the audio from my PC but video not.

You must have a Samsung laptop or phone to cast (stream) video and audio to Samsung TVs. You must use a (HDMI) cable otherwise. The TVs Bluetooth is there to wirelessly connect a Bluetooth speaker system, such as the Samsung sound bar and subwoofer like I have.

Bluetooth is not strong enough to send video, such as a movie or half hour TV show.
