Did you use an HDMI cord? If yes, your hdmi cord might be the issue. If it isn't, you might need to go into your TV settings and fix audio preferences.
I was having the same problem you have to do this really dumb method I found. You need to connect your pc to it from Bluetooth to add sound than hit home on your remote connect it to your pc as you normally would and it will have sound after that. I hope that they will allow you to set your speakers to the tv as a sound setting in the pc once you are connected in the future.
