A lady posted this message in the forum. I cut-and-pasted it because I have the exact same problem:
Hi - I'm new to the forum. We just bought a QN65S95BAF tv which so far we really like. We're experiencing something strange though and I can't find out any info so thought I'd check here. Each evening, after the TV has been on for maybe 3 or 4 hours, the TV turns off, reboots and says the following in the upper right corner
"Screen Optimization - the next time you turn the power off from the remote control, Screen Optimization will run automatically to make the screen clearer"
I don't know if I need to be doing something but it seems like the Screen Optimization isn't running automatically since we continue to get this message each evening. Is there some setting I need to change? It's a little frustrating and I've gone through the whole online "e-book" but don't see anything pertaining to this. Appreciate any help you can offer!

I can definitely understand how frustrating this may be. Try setting your HDMI Black level set to Normal. You can do this by going to Settings > Picture > Black Level.

The black level is set to normal on my new QD-Oled (same model as the lady). But the message still keeps appearing.
It's clearly a problem with the programming of the television. You need an update to fix this.

4K, 8K and Other TVsChanging the " Black level on this TV is NOT an option (it just says option not available, I have been looking for a solution for this since buying the TV in November but trust me THERE ISN'T ONE! (well apart from not watching the TV!) I am in the process of getting my money back and if I do the replacement will NOT be made by Samsung! PATHETIC product

4K, 8K and Other TVsYa, it's frustrating. All Samsung has to do is release an update for the operating system to stop the message from appearing on the screen. It should be fairly easy, bit it looks they just DON'T CARE. SCREW YOU SAMSUNG. DO SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!

4K, 8K and Other TVsYes Samsung please do something this is driving me mad almost everytime I switch the TV on it does it and why does it take so **bleep** long nearly 15 minutes. This thing cost me over Β£1000 just to annoy the **bleep** out of me!

The interface is frustrating in general. It's very hard to customize the settings. Too many of the settings are blanked-out depending on the source you're using.
Sometimes an important settings will just default to a certain option when you switch between sources. This is not a "smart tv". This TV is bloody **bleep**.
