Smart TV 800 resource error

I keep getting a message to update my software but it's in auto mode.  When I try to do it manually it gives me this error message:   800 Resource error. How do I update if I can and if I can't how do I get rid of the update message on my TV.

The TV is 4 years old. I also had to replace the remote because it was defective.

You can update the television manually using a USB flash drive. The instructions are available at this link,  https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062224/ , and the firmware download can be found at samsung.com

You'll need to type your model in the search > Select your product in the list > Click "Support"> Scroll down until you see user manual and owner links, underneath you'll see "See all support" click that > Click Manual and software and it'll come up with your download link. 

Helpful tip: Make sure the USB that you use does not have any files on it other than the firmware, as the television will not be able to read the file correctly if other files are present.
