TV Plus: Input post code and Canadian French programs in Guide

I live in Vermont and I can receive Canadian French Channels from Montreal via my antenna. One day I found an up arrow on Source>TV, then I get in and it said I can enter my post code to receive local weather info. I entered my post code and found my OTA channels seems to be connected with some Samsung online service, and some of them are found in Universal guide. But all Canada French Channels lost their guides as I used to have by EPG, except some special ones like US movies.

I made a factory reset then, so all channels' guide came back normal from EPG. But I can never find the arrow on Source>TV, to reenter my post code now. Can you explain what happened?

Hello TV set up is recovered for me. But I don't dare to reenter my post code. Current EPG info provided by Samsung seems still lacks support to Canadian French channels.
