Tizen Studio - Certificate - unable to connecte to samsung account

Hi I've been having a problem with creating TIzen Studio certificate, and I don't know how to fix it.
I open the "certificate manager"

I click on the [ + ] to add a new certificate

I choose "Samsung"

Then I choose "TV"

I add a new certificate profile

I acreate an "Author name" and "password"

A new window pops up asking me to sign in to my samsung account, I click "OK"

I enter my credentials

and Then I get an ERROR saying :

Name : SigningExecuteException

Status : 500

Code : 401

Description : Signing has failed

Same here. In my case, I cant make certificate for installing tizen application.  
Does anyone have solution?

Im having exact same error, status : 500, code : 401, description : Singing in has failed,

I've been receiving this error for 24 hours now,
