Trouble Signing Into Paramount App With Samsung 4K TV

I have a 2020 Samsung 4K UHD HDR Smart TV from 2020. Model number is UN43TU7000F and Model code is UN43TU7000FXZA. 

Has anyone had any trouble signing into their Paramount account on their Samsung TV? I’ve been having issues with it not letting me sign in. It turns into a black screen and there’s a circular white loading icon that appears and then it doesn’t do anything. I’ve also tried signing in the mobile way and it doesn’t recognize the sign in code that comes up on the TV to sign me in - an error message appears that it’s not the right code. The app and my TV is up to date, all software is current, and my wifi is good. I tried contacting Paramount directly and of course they have no idea why it’s not working and couldn’t help me. I just want to know if this has been a universal problem with the Paramount app or if I’m just not doing something right. Thank you!
