I have a UN60H7150 that won't turn on. I tried resetting it by unplugging it and holding the power button on the TV for 60 seconds. When I first plug it in after doing this, the TV displays "Smart TV" for a few seconds and then nothing after that. The same thing will happen if I momentarily unplug it and plug it back in, displays "Smart TV" for a few seconds and then nothing. Any other suggestions?

I understand how this can be a cause for concern and want to help if this is occurring after plugging directly into the wall and not through a surge protector this will require service.

you have a couple of options based on your warranty.

- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.

Sorry, for some reason I can not reply to my own post.

In response to SamsungCaleb:

This display is at my place of employment, an enterprise, not a private residence.

I do not know if the display is still under warranty and I am not going to register it under my own name to find out.

If it is out of warranty, my company is not going to send it to a service center, they are going to dispose of it and replace it. If they do replace the display, I am going to have a difficult time recommending another Samsung. We have multiple Samsungs in different states of not turning on and I have not been able to recover even one. We also have multiple displays with start up issues from a competitor whose name also begins with "S". I have been able to recover every single one of them by flashing the firmware. If I was in your shoes, I would probably strongly consider escalating this.
