Voice guide still active even though in settings it shows off

I'm going to add serial number and model number. The guy who responded said I should contact tech support because it's so unusual Samsung needs to figure out why it's happening.

For all of you who tried to help me to solve my issue with voice guide the problem has been solved. Once I realized it was only happening with the streaming device, softbox TV, I went into settings and was able to deactivate their voice guide. It was often Samsung TV but it was on their.

My post has been extensively modified. Other than to say I've tried lots of things and nothing works, a lot of people on here have looked at post, so I will be contacting tech support.
