We recently purchased a 55" OLED S90C TV. So far we are very happy with it, other than the fact that the remote control that came with our TV has no number buttons. This makes it difficult to go directly to different TV channels. Our SmarterThings app does not seem to have number buttons either when we control the TV from our phone/tablet. Any advice on what an appropriate remote control woudl be to purchase for our TV (or maybe I'm missing something painfully obvious)?
Sending a new remote won't solve the problem. The Samsung BN59-01432A remote that comes with the TV does not have any number buttons.
The OP was asking for advice for what a good replacement remote would be. (Not where to buy it.)
I am looking for a solution also. Best I could find is using the voice input built into the remote, but I find it awkward talking to the remote when others are in the room.
