55” Samsung Tu8000 Dropping Network Connection

My brand new Samsung TU8000 (55 inch) keeps losing its wireless network connection. My internet is perfectly fine, wireless speed over 100mbs less than 10 feet from the router. 

if I hold the power button down on the remote to cause the red LED light to blink and the Samsung arisen screen to come up, it will then work. I don’t want to have to do this each time.  Please help.

Been ha ung this issue for a while with my girlfriends 50" TU8000. I've been waiting for some kind of firmware update, but nothing so far.
