Hello.

My disabled son would like to use the Voice Guide function on my TV but the option is greyed out (along with all other accessibility options).

Is there some kind of parent setting I need to activate to make them available?

Have you tried to make sure everything was closed out. Click exit on everything then go into settings and see if it's available. Normally it's grayed out because another app is running
