The 2020 model 75" Q60T I've purchased does not come with all advertised Ambient Mode functions. The set has been updated with the latest firmware, and a factory reset did not remedy the issue.
I am not the only user with this problem. Samsung, what will you do to correct the issue promptly? Do not attempt to provide poor customer service by needlessly suggesting that "it might take time to display the content." This is not the issue. The issue is your application is not functioning. So again, how will you fix this? And when?
