My 70in Tv no longer wants to work. We haven’t had this tv for a year! Everything has been working great, we left to the tv and did our regular routine of shutting everything off before leaving. When we got back about an hour later the tv no longer wants to work. We get a black screen dimming in and out. I tried the hard reset on the remote and that didn’t work. We checked the plug and made sure it’s plugged into the wall outlet. Any suggestions on what it would be?

The device should still be under warranty. Do yourself a favor and contact customer support post hast.
