Black screen, sound works and options.

I have a QN65Q6FNA 65" smart tv. The tv I purchased 2-3 years ago. The screen stays black for sometimes on days end. I mirror the tv to my Samsung fridge and all pictures and features are operable, and all sounds work. I've reset the tv, unplugged all cables, unplugged it for hours at a time. For some reason the tv does this and is doing it at least every month now. What is the cause of this?

A black screen could just be a sign that the TV is turned off, although if it is producing sound then you know that's not the case. When your TV has a black screen even when it's on, it's quite possible it could actually be your external device and not your TV. If your TV is connected using a One Connect Box, there are a couple of extra steps to troubleshoot.
