I was just setting up my newly acquired 70 inches Samsung TV (at Best Buy), only to find out it has a considerable size bright spot on the upper right side of the screen.
The solution: go back to the store and return or exchange it for another TV (same brand and model !!)
- the immediate need I have for it?
- the time I'll spend going to the store (and coming back home) to "return/exchange" it?
- if the "exchanged" item has the same problem? I mention this because having found the same complaint on other TV models, I'm worried Samsung is not concerned about fixing the issue or even helping us to get a replacement or discounted offer to keep us less angry.
I´ll be waiting for "real" solutions on your "defective" items ...
