just bought a new Samsung 85 inch smart TV. I can change channels, pause, play, fast forward, rewind, ect...but how do I bring up the cable guide? I have a charter spectrum cable box.
I'm guessing that you're using the universal remote feature on the television. Unfortunately, due to the limited number of buttons on the remote, all functions will not be available.
