I have a UN55MU6290 tv that started having issues with stuck volume a few weeks ago. I went through the process resetting the smart hub. I had to continuously do this as it was only a temp fix. I then also tried to do a full reset along with a reset of the network. After doing this the account option in the meu is grayed out and when I access the Apps it asked to agree to terms and conditions which seems to get stuck and just go back to the menu without saving. Right now I have a tv with no Apps and the volume stuck on 20. All I can watch is from my cable tv box. Any suggestions on how to fix this? FYI - I checked and I currently have the current firmware version.

Are you using the original TV remote? If so, have you tried using the universal remote set up on the television?
