A few days earlier I have noticed that I can't scroll down or scroll up on my Samsung tv. I tried to call the help center they told me this is either a remote problem or a motherboard problem. What should I do??

Tv model: UA43RU7470USFS

I recommend trying a factory reset of the unit but, regrettably, support for non-US models is very limited. We suggest reaching out to a support team in your area for further assistance. You can do so by using the following link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html Thanks!
