Can’t download apps on new Samsung TU8000 50"

We purchased the Samsung TU8000 50" yesterday and it will not allow us to download apps. We press install, it thinks about it, then a minute or so later it says "install" again. Any ideas? Thanks

I just did a full tv reset and restore- problem solved. Thank you so much

Put less apps or micro size them

Thanks for your reply. We only have the apps that came with the tv as it was only purchased yesterday. It says we have 2GB remaining  but we still can't download??

Are you seeing any error messages or is it just revering back to "install"?  How are things when running a connection test?

Thanks for your questions. Connection tests is successful. We are able to use the preloaded apps and actually dowloades the Disney plus app the first day easily. 
now when we click install it looks like it is trying and then after a few minutes the install button reappears. There is no error message.

Have you attempted to reset smarthub?  If not, that would actually be my next suggestion.

Hi, after 102 error message appeared over and over I did a full tv reset, and after it I succeeded download an app. BUT now, when I tried to download another app it happend again:102 error message again and again.

Is it a BUG? Or do you have any solution to suggest? It's freakin' me out ;(

How to reset smart hub on tu8000??

  1. Just turn off and unplug the TV for 10 seconds.
  2. Plug the TV and turn it on

P.S.: Full TV reset works too, but it is overpower
