Can't update HBOmax on Samsung TV.

Keep getting error code 116 when trying to update HBOmax. Can someone help me please. I already tried rebooting tv and internet.. both work fine except for updating apps.

I'm sorry to hear that, have you tried uninstalling the app then reinstalling?

I'm having same issue, no option to uninstall hbo that I've found, just a reinstall option and I get the error code 116

Lock/unlock

Move

Reinstall

I did go to the tv menu to check for updates and ran that but no updates were found.

Got mine solved had to do factory reset on the smart hub
