Error connecting video apps to play on TV

Hi there. I'm getting this error on Netflix when I try to connect my S9+ to my Samsung Q60R. "No connection to device (tv model) - SSCR-S4010-2002-N " (Image shows error in Spanish). Not only can't I connect it to Netflix, but this also happens with Amazon and Youtube. The device just don't appear as available to connect.

Yesterday at least the device appeared as available. Today, it doesn't even show up. This is happening as I said, in Netflix, Youtube and Amazon Prime.

I've tried changing DNS to 8.8.8.8 (As recommended in manual when having trouble with video apps), rebooting Samsung Smart Hub, TV, router, etc.

I don't know what else to do. Thanks for the help.
