New Samsung Q80t 75" TV that has had issues for 2 months. I now have reset the TV and the problem still occurs - turns off and on randomly, sometimes the remote (TV) can't even turn it off!!!

If the unit is still powering on and off after completing the troubleshooting steps above then service is required.
