Hi all,

Hoping someone can help me identify what's going on with my KS8000. Horizontal line that is black when the TV is on, but also visible when the TV is off.  Showed up mysteriously a couple weeks ago.  Thanks!

I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case by case basis please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.

Probably the screen since it shows even when it's off. If it's not under warranty the cost to fix it will be nearly that of a new TV.

Yeah, I guess I figured it wasn't good news and that the screen was shot.  Does anyone know what this issue is called or what root cause might be?
