I’ve had my TVs for about 4 years and this just started happening on all three of them yesterday. It has to be a firmware issue as nothing has changed with my setup in at least two years, and the TV is stilL connected to the internet despite being told that it is not.
Get it together Samsung! I’m about to upgrade all of my TVs to 4K and won’t be getting Samsung if they can’t fix this simple software bug.
No more Samsung purchases in this house.
