How to disable all useless HDMI smart features?

I have a QE65Q6FNA, firmware 1270, used mostly with computers and console for gaming

I already disable all useless anynet+ function but still the HDMI scan sometimes takes over. For example when I connect apple computers. I'd like to disable automatic input switching (I can do myself, every time I power up someting screen start jumping),  disable also device scanning when i connect something setup is already done no need waste time.  

I need an option to completely disable all this useless stuff and let me control my setup.

I saw there are a lot of similar question in status solved... but there seems to be no solution at all.
