4k, 8k and Other TVsIm also having the same isse. I opened a ticket for this but im yet to hear back. :
I bought a 58" Class UN58MU6100 4K UHD Smart TV back in 2017 when it was new. It works decent, has some issues with the apps at time and i have to turn off the tv and back on. But thats not a big issue, my big issue here is that I can't seem to find the Disney Plus App on the Samsung Smart Hub. I can see Netflix, Amazon, Youtube, Hulu and Google Play, among others but not Disney Plus. I did some research and it appears that Disney+ supports Samsung TVs from 2016 or later, (https://help.disneyplus.com/csp?id=csp_article_content&sys_kb_id=9bc43210db4d40d03c0cf158bf961946) but when i looked deeper they have this list of compatible TV's (https://www.samsung.com/us/appstore/app/G19280013786-compatible#Premium%20UHD%20TVs) . So my question is, IS my TV compatible or Not, and will it be or could it be in the future. Read somewhere too that Disney Plus doesnt work with Samsung TVs using the Orsay OS, but my TV has the Tizen OS (https://www.displayspecifications.com/en/model/6f4ad6a) . So whats the problem ?
