this is not a new problem with Samsung. I have this problem a few years ago and you guys came out and replace a bad Part. I was told that Samsung was well aware of this bad part but did not tell anyone or recall it they're only fixing ones the people called and complained about. Now it's happening again how am I supposed to have faith in Samsung products if you're not being honest with customers or recalling their devices sure is a pain in the butt to recall thousands of TVs but now you're losing customers. <Hidden> please have one of your reps call me.

My tv isn’t that old and to have this problem happen so early in the game is a waste of money and ridiculous. My screen kept fading now it’s all black with just sound. Somebody from Samsung needs to fix this before I go on a all out rampage about crappy Samsung products. I have two of these large TVs in my home so there better be a fix.....

I have another tv as well with intermittent blackouts. I checked for updates and reset the tv. It is still doing it. 

Please advise.

I have a similar issue going on with a brand new 50" samsung that I just purchased from best buy 2 days ago: the model number is UN50NU6900 

 

Device drivers and firmware is updated to the most current software.

 

The tv itself is updated to the most recent software update

 

Factory reset was completed yesterday

 

The screen is still having this issue.

 

 

As a new customer to your brand. I am very concerned because this tv is BRAND NEW OUT OF THE BOX.

Also, I had it plugged into a surge protector. I removed the plug and plugged it directly into the outlet itself. The issue is still persisting.
