I have a 4k 55" UHD smart tv that I bought two years ago. Just recently a bright white light streak has appeared in the bottom right corner of the screen. I am so disappointed.....I LOVE THIS TV! The picture STILL has me besside myself with the quality...except now it's already breaking down? I bought this through Best Buy Canada, I think I bought the extended warranty, but I can't remember. Is there a procedure for repairs, or are the horror stories I have been reading true? Are you supporting your customers during these obvious manufacturing, mechanical failure of these huge, expensive devices? Is there anything I can do about this?
