Hello i need help plz...

 

I dont understand.. in the last al will be good.. but now my xbox series x say my tv dont support 120hz...

 

I like my tv, i have it since 1 month... But at this price i want my 120hz for game...

I dont understand why it dont able to play in 120 hz

 

Plz help me

you need to plug your series x into hdmi 4. on series x, go to tv settings and change refresh rate to 120hz. it's not automatic, you have to initially change it manually

Hello!

No i do all of this!

But i have no option in the tv setting on xbox!

Nothing!

After it was okay but since maybe 1 week... No 120hz...

I dont know what is this bug...

Now i cant not choice for 60hz or 120hz nothing...

I dont understand... I search on the net and seem nobody have this problem...

Its the biggest tv of samsung and its a big problem..

120hz its hyper important! 

Plz help me because samsung is very bad service support, im shocking!

why is 120hz hyper important? you know that literally only a very few selected games do 120 and that's usually dynamic resolution. 120hz is a pipe dream currently. anyways, just unplug everything from Xbox and tv (including hdmi cables), wait a minute, plug hdmis first then power cable. once you do that, go check again. also make sure to have input signal plus is selected on hdmi 4 (well, all hdmis really). also turn on cec just in case as well.

also, turn off allm on Xbox settings. there is a bug where if you have the allm turn on 120hz mode, all samsung 2020s have a flicker issue
