Ok so for my TV I noticed that the red LED was flickering and flashing mon-stop. When someone would walk past the tv it would shut off and restart. Then I realized waving my hand in front of the sensor caused the same condition. Removed the batteries from the remote had no effect. But I have a samsung BD player with its own remote. I removed the batteries from that and it solved my issue. No more restarts and no more flickering Led. Now if I can figure out why that's happening.
