Poor support? What do I do?

I received a free TV through a Verizon Fios promotion and received a beautiful tv, missing the screws for the stand. We keep calling support for the 4 screws but after hours of trying on multiple days... the support line can’t understand how to help us!!!! The ask for the same emails forwarded, transfer us around, and are just totally confused and won’t provide phone numbers to head office and refuse to assist or transfer to supervisors. Maybe my post will have someone help? Perhaps you can look into quality controls please.
