I tried that too. Didn't work. Watched YouTube videos, fixed it. Unplug TV for 1 minute. then hold down power button for 20 seconds on remote. It will reset cache. This worked for me.
This solution worked for me. I first unregistered and registered my tv, then unplugged it for one minute, plugged it in and immediately pressed the power button on the remote for 20 seconds. This seemed to clear the cache and I am now able to watch movies on the tv
