I am having issues for weeks now regarding my lastest QLED TV
PRIME VIDEO DO NOT WORK ON THIS MODEL ALL THE TIME
However it is working in a previous model and I did the reset, the unplug, re-install.
You are a billion-dollar company can you fix your problem once and for all.
