  • If the TV is plugged into a wall outlet, turned on, and disconnected from the One Connect Box, but no message appears, this will require service.

The above is my situation. I have backlights, but no menu, not even an error after unplugging the OneConnect. 

Can anyone advise?  Do you think this is a t-con board issue?
