Q9 Remote Repeatedly Disconnects

For the last couple of months, my "flagship" (at the time of purchase) TV's remote repeatedly disconnects. I have had to turn the TV off/on several times, take out batteries, re-pair the remote to the TV, only to have it happen the next day. Seems like a $5K TV should come with a reliable remote.
