Just setup the Q7 65 inch tv, was working well for about couple weeks and suddenly there is a dark spot on the top right appeared along with lines. Customer care is not even willing to come and take a look, they are calling it physical damage. But the TV was mounted for 2 weeks before this started happening. we followed all the guidelines mentioned by samsung to mount the TV. I have 5 year extended warranty via manufacturer. Not sure how to get this resolved. Brand new TV but past 90 days from the seller return policy. Please help.
