Purchased this TV Aug 5th, delivered on August 9th. Five days later a small vertical line appears on the left side of the screen and doesn't go away. I brought it online from best buy and they said I could return it to any store (Philadelphia). However, I don't own a car and it would have been inconvenient to try and use public transportation 🙂.
Contacted Samsung and they said I was eligible for a in house repair. It's almost September and the line on the TV is still there 😡. I'm wondering if my living in the "inner city " has something to do with the delay. Didn't expect that I would buy a new TV and 5 days later it needs to be repaired.
