Samsung 75 inch QLED won't recognize Samsung Soundbar

I had connected a HWH550 soundbar to my Samsung QN75Q8DTAF.  It worked for a day then disconnected.  Now it won't recognize the BT soundbar.  My phone will recognize and connect, but the TV won't recognize the BT on the soundbar.  I'm also having a hard time connecting to the Samsung server even though I have good internet connectivity.

This sound bar uses Sound Connect in order to connect with a Samsung Television that supports Sound Connect. Due to the age difference between the two models, the television does not support Sound Connect. We would recommend using a wired connection.
