I’m at the same boat. And I purshased the one that offered everything at the time the most expensive... and I also have the extend warranty; now every time I try to request a service doesn’t allow me because asks for the serial ( which was supposed to shown when I registered my product) and I type the serial says my TV is 3 years old.
i used to have everything from Samsung but they are starting to make their products with a limited life time span.
I love their sewing their technology but the lack of reliability is devastating for a customer who had invested so much on their products.
We had unplugged everything from out tv and was using only the smart features... and every time the turn off started we have to leave the tv unplugged for a month.
when we bought it we planned at least 10 years life span for it; not half of it.
I have the same issue!!!! What I dislike is that it's not like we bought a cheap brand and the cost of the TV was expensive!!! Why should the customer be charged when its an internal Issue!!
We have had nothing but problems with customer service at Samsung!! I can't even call it Customer Service. Our TV was doing this very same thing and then the screen just stopped working on 4-22-19. We STILL HAVE NO TV and Samsung has not honored the warranty by resolving this issue. Nobody replies either. I was on the phone for 4+ hours waiting for anyone to answer and I finally hung up and went to bed. Samsung used to be a good name for quality but after this...I am staying away from all things Samsung (phones, dishwashers, tv's...everything).
Having same issue. Then there’s the well known WiFi issues. I have all Samsung stuff but I’m so sick of their garbage. Never again. Any other brand from now on other then Samsung
