I have two samsung NU 7100 Tv's (65" & 55")
both keep losing connection to wifi. Even when connected directly to Ethernet, same thing. Both are updated to the current firmware. I've read in some discussions that some reps recommend a Static IP address... which to me is ridiculous. Why should I have to buy or pay monthly for a static IP address just to use my Samsung brand TV... if that's the case, I'll be changing brands completely. Samsung... you need to fix this.
Thanks! There is a newer software version available for the television. If no updates appear on the television, I would recommend updating the television via a USB flash drive.
